In video mode, your video app may have a picture-in-picture function, which may affect our app because iOS only allows one picture-in-picture window. Turn off picture-in-picture in the video app when needed.

Real-time OCR in video mode is performance-intensive. Choose a suitable recognition area size, because a large area can waste performance and may cause the system to terminate the app on weaker devices.

We provide a backup network. If you cannot reach the default network, switch to the backup one. This can help when coins do not arrive after a recharge, or when text is recognized but not translated.
